Private Swap is a special feature that hides your swap orders from bots by sending them into a private mempool instead of a public mempool.

2、What’s the benefit of using Privacy Swap?

Privacy Swap can effectively protect users from sandwich attacks that could come about due to the differences between the slippage settings and the current price in the liquidity pool.

3、How to use Privacy Swap on DODO?

• Go to “Exchange” → “Swap” → Click the clog icon on the top right corner → turn on Privacy Swap
• After clicking “Confirm Order”, follow the prompts and sign the messages in your MetaMask. Note that due to the settings in MetaMask, you will need to sign the message twice before completing your order.

The Privacy Swap feature on DODO is only available on the Ethereum mainnet as of now.

The Privacy Swap on DODO is powered by a third-party provider, who charges a service fee for their features. Currently, using Privacy Swap on DODO is free of charge, as it is intended to deploy this feature as an experiment first. Based on users’ feedback, the DODO team will consider installing Privacy Swap as a permanent feature on DODO. 

Please note that it is possible that users may need to pay a fee when using the Privacy Swap feature in the future.
